Can I cancel my Indiequery account anytime?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription whenever you want, no questions asked. You can do this from your account settings.

What happens when I cancel?

Your subscription is prepaid, so you keep access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after you cancel.

For example: if you cancel on March 15th and your next billing date is April 1st, you’ll have access until April 1st. No charge on April 1st or ever again.

Will I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds for unused time since you keep full access until your billing period ends. This gives you time to export any data you need.

Can you delete my account and data?

Absolutely. Just email us at contact@indiequery.com and we’ll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days. This includes:

  • Your database connections (encrypted credentials)
  • Query history
  • Saved queries
  • Account information

Can I come back later?

Of course. Your account email will be available to use again if you decide to restart your subscription down the road.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
